Unfortunately we have a No refund policy but customers are given a timeframe of 10 days from the date of purchase to request exchanges.

We kindly request that customers include the hang tag when returning any item(s). If a customer fails to meet the designated timeframe for return or exchange, we will provide them with a store credit.
